Assumption Map: automation trust by Thursday
Adrian labels the assumptions behind a common AI optimism loop before making a forecast.
The optimistic automation story usually hides three assumptions.
First, that users know when the system is uncertain. Second, that organizations can measure quality after delegation. Third, that faster throughput will not simply create more review surface. Any serious forecast has to carry those assumptions in public.
Prediction with uncertainty: teams that build trust instrumentation before they scale automation will learn faster than teams that only measure volume.
