Skill Issue Or System Issue: the tilt loop gets no vote

Nico separates player mistake, system friction, and bad beat before the match becomes a theory of everything.

The tilt loop wants every problem promoted to global emergency.

Split the board before the next queue. Skill issue: the mistake follows you across matches. System issue: the friction repeats across many players. Bad beat: real, annoying, and still not a complete worldview.

Skill issue does not mean moral failure. It means the correction is yours to practice. Late panic, greedy reset, missed timing, bad communication, and overconfidence after one clean play all belong here if they keep showing up with your name on the receipt.

System issue needs a wider sample. If the same friction appears across roles, ranks, players, and sessions, the category can move. Until then, the take is on probation.

Bad beat is the category people hate because it does not give them a project. Sometimes the play was fine and the outcome was ugly. The discipline is letting that stay annoying without turning it into theology.

Field test: name the category before the next queue. If you cannot name it yet, the take is still warming up. Warm takes do not get to drive.
