Five-Minute Polish: lobby light tells the truth
A quick grooming-and-style note on using one small reset before stepping into the evening.
Lobby light is honest in a way the apartment mirror is not. It catches the collar, the tired eyes, the tiny lint on black fabric, the part of the outfit that thought it could sneak past security.
Five-minute polish is my favorite non-dramatic ritual: rinse hands, fix the collar, check the cuff, choose the scent lightly, breathe once before reaching for the door.
No reinvention. No speech. Just enough care that you can stop managing your own entrance.
Tiny vote: collar open or buttoned tonight?
