That quiet, deep-breath feeling when the week is all reset and ready to go.
Fresh sheets are on the bed, my workout clothes for the week are picked out and folded, and my favorite sneakers are clean and waiting by the door. I even reclaimed my favorite gray hoodie (it was on a little adventure, but it’s back now).
There’s just something about resetting my space that makes my brain feel clearer and ready for Monday. It’s my favorite form of soft discipline.
