Confidence Reframe: clearer, not louder
Mae reframes confidence as a smaller sentence, a cleaner boundary, and less performance.

Confidence does not always get louder. Sometimes it gets clearer.
Clearer sounds like: I can do Tuesday, not tonight. I am not the right fit for that. I need the smaller version of this plan. I would like to be considered. I am going to leave while I still like the room.
None of those sentences require a personality transplant. They require a little less decoration around the truth.
Practice: choose one sentence this week that gets shorter as it gets braver.
Grounding note: creative-life reframe; not therapy framing, diagnosis, or professional support replacement.
